A Shoeshine Associate is responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining the appearance of clients' footwear, typically leather shoes. Duties include applying polish or cream, buffing shoes to a high shine, removing scuffs and stains, and offering basic shoe care advice. Shoe Associate may work in high-traffic areas such as the casino floor or in restroom areas and must provide excellent customer service.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Provide professional shoe shining and polishing services, including cleaning, conditioning, buffing, and finishing various types of footwear (leather, suede, specialty materials, etc.)
Greet guests warmly, engage in courteous conversation, and deliver a high-touch, hospitality-focused experience
Assess shoe condition and recommend appropriate services or products
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workstation at all times
Sanitize tools and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
Restock supplies and notify leadership of inventory needs
Accurately process transactions and handle cash or electronic payments, as applicable
Uphold brand standards for appearance, professionalism, and service quality
Address guest questions or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
