Count the appropriated revenues at the beginning/end of each shift to verify the total is correct. |
Make, change and issues receipt and/or ticket to guest for each transaction. |
Compute the total amount showing due per customer associated with issued ticket. |
Operate cash register, which calculates total due and completes transaction on cash register. |
Provide accurate information regarding parking fees and quotes pricing for parking services. |
Provide directions upon request to guest both on property and around the city. |
Complete a lost ticket form when the guest has misplaced or lost their original claim ticket. |
Assist in reaching resolution to guest complaints (with the aid of a Supervisor or Manager if necessary). |
Uses quality guest service in answering the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner. |
Maintain workspace in both cleanliness and organization. |
Conduct regular check to insure all necessary supplies are stocked and located in correct space. |
Verifies shift transaction against bank of revenue on hand. |
Compile revenues collected for the day, records the amount, and follows company policy for cash deposit. |
Monitor operation of inbound and outbound gates of the self-park garage. |
Assist guest with inquiries on operation of Pay on Foot machines. |
Respond and report any discrepancies of operation. |
Multitask in a fast pace and high volume environment. |
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. |
Complete call log. |
Communicate with Product provider any issues and errors which cannot be resolved by on duty personnel. |
Able to work outdoors in excessive temperatures, including extreme heat and cold. |
Provide a current Nevada Motor Vehicle Report to the department leader and Risk Management every 6 months |
Immediately notify department leader of any changes to the Nevada Driver’s License status. |
