As a Stacker, you will be part of a service-oriented team that opens the door to exciting yet comfortable urban adventures. Your compassionate attendance to guests' needs will serve as an inspiration to teammates, driving the kind of energized atmosphere that separates us from the competition.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and employees.

Keep Garage organized to maximize parking potential.

Assist Valet attendants to park efficiently in the garage.

Assist Valet attendants who are in the process of retrieving vehicles.

Assist guests promptly and courteously in valet check-in.

Park vehicles in designated areas in accordance with standard stacking procedures to maximize speed and efficiency of parking service.

Promptly clear valet area of cars to be parked.

Maintain a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow employees of same, whenever possible.

Drive company vehicles as necessary.

Maintain a clean DMV record.

Provide a current Nevada Motor Vehicle Report to the department leader and Risk Management every 6 months

Immediately notify department leader of any changes to the Nevada Driver’s License status.

Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints.

Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

Assist employees within the Transportation department as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

KSAs

Ability to safely drive vehicles, including those with manual transmission.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.

Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting Transportation Department including Guest Safety and OSHA.

Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

Polished appearance and demeanor.

Excellent customer service skills.

Basic computer skills.
