Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and employees. |
Keep Garage organized to maximize parking potential. |
Assist Valet attendants to park efficiently in the garage. |
Assist Valet attendants who are in the process of retrieving vehicles. |
Assist guests promptly and courteously in valet check-in. |
Park vehicles in designated areas in accordance with standard stacking procedures to maximize speed and efficiency of parking service. |
Promptly clear valet area of cars to be parked. |
Maintain a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow employees of same, whenever possible. |
Drive company vehicles as necessary. |
Maintain a clean DMV record. |
Provide a current Nevada Motor Vehicle Report to the department leader and Risk Management every 6 months |
Immediately notify department leader of any changes to the Nevada Driver’s License status. |
Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints. |
Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures. |
Assist employees within the Transportation department as needed. |
