You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Make, serve, and demonstrate complex knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available, proportioning ingredients according to standardized; maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls and the cleanliness of the bar and equipment | Account for poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork | Provide Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending | Demonstrate proficiency in food service, knowledge of menu, allergies, and other potential guest restrictions. This includes but is not limited to, proper marking, clearly, and tableside service. Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft | Utilize special tools and culinary equipment to prepare items like fresh juice a la minute, infusions, molecular style cocktails, cutting ice, and production of presentations items. | Maintain effective communication with management, bartenders, and lateral departments in order to fully accompany any guest or employee needs | Utilize sales techniques in order to upsell food and beverage products available in the outlet while having a pristine dedication to refinery resulting in polished yet artistic cocktails, serving to elevate the guests’ experience |
