Job Profile Title: | Supv Exhibitor Svcs | Job Code: | 11891 | Profile Title: | 11891 Supv Exhibitor Svcs | Grade / Band: | 08 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | The Exhibitor Services Supervisor will deliver high levels of service through consistent coordination with show management, customized event build in the Exhibitor Services Software system, process show management charges, and drive revenue through exhibitor F&B. The Exhibitor Services Supervisor will interact with customers via phone and onsite providing follow through of customer requests and anticipating the needs of clients. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Plans, coordinates, and oversees the tradeshow groups for 5 luxury properties. Manages Exhibitor Services online ordering system, to ensure all exhibitor orders are paid in full before the start of the event. | Gathers and reviews all pertinent information of the event (i.e. production schedule, floor plan, status of orders and property/event contacts). Maintains Service Desk at multiple properties from start to finish of the event. | Travels amongst the five (5) luxury MGM Resorts International Las Vegas properties to attend required trainings, participates in meetings (including but not limited to tie‐downs, preconvention, and BEO meetings, etc.) and oversees a tradeshow event in the specific time allowed independently with liƩle to no direct supervision. | Manages, processes, and verifies the delivery and installation of orders to the proper departments during on‐site, move‐in, and show hours, and troubleshoots when necessary. | Helps to maintain accounts and complete all paperwork according to specific departmental guidelines. | Participates in the training of new Exhibitor Services Supervisors. | Works directly with exhibitors on menu planning, cost and billing details, and anticipates problems and offers solutions as necessary. | Maintains a professional relationship with all parties to include vendor partners, exhibitors, general service contractors, show management and all internal operating departments.
