The candidate will work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude and ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. The Exhibitor Services Coordinator interacts with customers via email, phone and onsite providing follow-through of customer requests and anticipating the needs of clients. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Answers incoming phone calls to assists exhibitors, vendors, GSC, etc. | Responds timely to exhibitor inquires via telephone, email or fax. | Reviews and distributes exhibitor orders, floor plans, and production schedules. | Performs show audits of F&B & Internet orders. | Processes daily checks & wire transfers in additional to accounts receivable & accounts payable audits. | Performs data entry of exhibitor orders into the system accurately and timely. | Provides internet sales and customer service support for the Convention Network departments. | Communicates with customers regarding internet related services via phone, email and in person. | Completes invoicing and billing processes in a timely manner. | Answers customer trouble‐shooting calls. | Ensures network services meet client expectations and deadlines. | Updates workflow documentation to ensure that all ordered services are installed in a timely manner. |
