As a Pot Washer, you will be responsible for preparing and collecting tableware and soiled pots for washing and re-racking. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Work with chemicals
Prepare and collect tableware and soiled pots for washing and re-racking
Drain and fill tanks
Responsible for removal of garbage
Mop and sweep floor, operate buffer and vacuum machines, use ladders (8 feet and 10 feet)
Clean out dish machine and de-liming process
Maintain elevators, ceilings, hoods, ac grills, light covers etc. up to Health Regulation Standards

Required for All Jobs
Performs other job-related duties as requested
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
Knowledgeable of all cleaning heavy equipment
Knowledge of general cleaning of flat top grills, fryers (filter & change) woks, ovens, stoves, hoods, char grills. Must be able to climb and work on ladders
Able to lead and mentor a team
Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
