Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Conduct and assist with the operation of poker games. | Get player's checks and help maintain poker table banks. | Ensure accuracy of the table bank, table pot, and table rake. | Communicate verbally with supervisors about unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game. | Verbalize player instructions, rules, or any other information as required in the procedures of the game. | Develop customer relations and facilitate the use of the One Club card. | Maintains a helpful, courteous, safe, and clean environment of the game. | Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and responding | effectively to guest inquiries. | Notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft. | Perform other job-related duties as requested. |
