Aid the MassMutual Center Operations team with execution of event set ups, cleaning, & facility changeovers.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Set chairs, bleachers, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dasher, ice making, etc. as directed
Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the arena, convention spaces, public areas, offices, and other areas
Recognize equipment that needs repairs, adjustments, or replacement, maintain equipment
Oversee Tech Utility during changeovers and cleaning when supervisors are unavailable
Take initiative to get tasks completed in a timely manner
Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention
