The Poker Guest Representative will work with Poker leadership to facilitate daily Poker Room operations. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Responsible for the placement of guests into poker games | Assist guests with general information upon request | Communicating with Poker leadership to open and close games, register and payout tournament players, and evaluate play for complimentary purposes | Perform front-line entry level transactions, chip bank transactions, and employee window transactions | Secure and document all recordable transactions made with company assets. Complete electronic multiple transaction logs accurately, complete transaction logs manually, when necessary | Develop customer relations and facilitate usage of the MGM Rewards program |
