Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Manage the daily operation to ensure efficiency and accept full responsibility for the department in the absence of the manager and director. | Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations. | Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies. | Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products. | Make decisions on hiring and initiate discipline of staff. | Responsible for the training of all employees in the operation. | Ensure timely completion and resolution of timekeeping and payroll issues, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, maintain efficient scheduling, staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities. |
