The Event Ticketing Representative Lead provides a professional, polished, and anticipatory service for internal and external guests. The Lead Representatives duties include generating ticket sales to events, resolving guest concerns, and handling cash transactions. Lead Representative responsibilities include daily business operations, such as maintaining event information and the ticketing system. They will support ticket operations, including sending daily reports, assisting Event Ticketing Representatives with training and guest resolution, replying to emails, and answering inbound phone calls.  The Lead Representative will work at rotating locations across arenas, mid-size venues, and other special events as needed.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Supports Ticketing Operations Management Team in processing requests in a timely manner; actively communicates with Arena/Venue Operations management teams regarding event discrepancies that may affect event day activities

Assists Event Ticketing Representatives and guests with modification/cancellation requests to ticket orders, troubleshooting issues with secondary resale platforms, customer service processes, and guest recovery

Responsible for communicating sales and scan counts for events during presale, on sale, and event day to show partners, promoters, and executive team.

Generates daily reports on all events for senior leadership, department management, and promoters

Ensures Event Ticketing Representatives are trained and provided the tools and knowledge to sell and process ticket orders for events providing prompt and courteous guest services

Maintain department email correspondence and assist in resolving guest inquiries to department service standards, monitor voice mail and phone tree and update phone tree script as necessary

Supports Ticket Office Supervisors with event-day operations, including testing tickets to ensure scanners are working, verifying chair set-up in venue, sending appropriate reports, and coordinating Artist Will-Call tickets

Supports leadership with events held at T-Mobile Arena and Grand Garden Arena
