It is their responsibility to manage the maintenance and operations of the building and all associated trades and manage the staff of the engineering department to ensure all work is scheduled, assigned, and completed. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Execute department strategy consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’sshort term and long-term profitability objectives | Directly supervise all engineering activities and maintenance personnel including performance feedback,setting work priorities and goals, Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s service standards and brand attributes | Ensure compliance with all local and federal health,safety, and building codes and maintain accurate record keeping of department activities and documents | Continuously monitor utility costs and consumption and maintain required logs for all utilities | Leverage programsto maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures and oversee preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repairs/replacement of equipment including but not limited to eletrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, snow removal and landscaping | Provide input and manage levels of inventory and all purchases for parts, tools, equipment, and machinery to property standards Responsible for event setup for concerts and special events | Ensures all racetrack maintenance facilities are maintained to ensure livestock areas are safe | Ensures all grounds and landscaped areas are maintained and safe for guests and team members | Coordinates and acts as point-person for all contracted preventitive maintenance and service work at the property Ensures all facilities fleet equipment is maintained | Orders all tools and equipment for Facilities | Serves as management backup for Environmental Services (EVS) in absence of Sr EVS Mananger | Perform other job-related duties as requested. |
