Job Profile Title: | Events Mgr | Job Code: | 12024 | Profile Title: | 12024 Events Mgr | Grade / Band: | L1 | FLSA Status: | Exempt | The primary purpose of the Event Manager – Live Events & Production is to lead the production planning and execution of live events including but not limited to sporting, lifestyle, and entertainment. This role is hands-on and production-driven, overseeing A/V, event production, and on-site operations to ensure seamless live experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong event industry knowledge, an understanding of event production logistics, A/V experience, and creative design skills. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Work alongside Director to create and produce live event experiences. | Own event timelines, minute to minute run of shows, production schedules, and technical plans. | Lead production load ins, tech rehearsals, live event operations, and load outs. | Oversee all audiovisual elements including audio, lighting, video, LED, staging, and power. | Advance shows with venues, production teams, and vendors. | Manage A/V vendors, production companies, stage managers, and freelance crews. | Review production quotes and manage budgets within the larger event budget. | Contribute to the creative vision and design, ensuring production elements support storytelling, brand identity, and audience engagement. | Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop event themes, concepts, and experiential moments. |
