This role plays a vital part in enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experiences by partnering closely with the Talent mobility and College Partnerships Manager, Talent Acquisition, and community stakeholders. The Partner of Talent mobility and College Partnerships help strengthens early career talent pipelines, supports internal career growth, and ensures recruitment programs and events are executed with consistency, quality, and alignment to the MGM employer brand. The role is highly visible and active, including participation in career fairs, hiring events, and on-site recruitment activities. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Support the execution of college recruiting, early career programs, internal mobility initiatives, and community engagement recruitment efforts. | Oversee logistics and day-to-day execution for community career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment activities, including preparing materials and providing guidance to candidates. | Assist in outreach efforts to candidates and community partners, promoting upcoming hiring initiatives and resources for candidates. | Collaborate with stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition team to pre-screen candidates, identify best-fit opportunities, and share quality candidate pools for open positions. | Organize and maintain materials related to events, including event data, tabling assets, and promotional giveaways. | Actively engage with internal and external candidates through outreach, follow-up, and 1:1 career conversations, including resume review, interview preparation, and navigation of MGM career opportunities. | Serve as a point of contact for university career services teams and community partners, supporting communication, relationship management, community tabling’s, referrals, and candidate flow. | Organize, maintain, and inventory recruitment event materials, including event data, tabling assets, signage, and promotional giveaways. | Address incoming inquiries related to the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring candidates receive timely, accurate, and professional responses. | Collect, track, and maintain recruitment program data and metrics; prepare summaries and reports for Talent mobility and College Partnerships Manager and Talent Acquisition leadership. | Coordinate and support internal mobility and career growth initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders. | Support for the Hiring Events team during on-site and large-scale community recruitment initiatives. |
