Install, maintain, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all industrial kitchen equipment. Conduct daily inspections of the property's BOH Kitchens and equipment.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Individual is responsible for the repairs to all Industrial Kitchen Equipment.
Individual is responsible for all maintenance on all Industrial Kitchen Equipment.
Individual is responsible for maintaining the Preventive Maintenance schedule in the Kitchens and Service Bars.
Individual is responsible for performing regular PCU inspections and completion of filter change scheduling and change out.
Responsible for keeping Kitchen shop Inventory neat and organized and indexed as it comes in.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Familiarity with reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
able to prioritize importance of repairs
