Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assist Sous Chef in product consistency and make necessary modifications according to business needs | Monitor waste and over production, as well as utilize leftovers, and ensure proper rotation and quality control | Assist Sous Chef in monitoring and training of new employees to help them achieve higher status as well as monitor and enforce Company and departmental safety policies, and Health Department Standards | Assist Sous Chef in monitoring food cost for their outlet and order of all food products | Assist Sous Chef in maintaining the overall cleanliness and equipment maintenance of their areas | Assist Sous Chef in preparation of menu, take inventory, and coordinate with the Sous chef on order and preparation of food items | Assist Sous Chef in production of menu | Assist Sous Chef with the breakdown and transfer of banquet function food items |
