The role contributes by providing input and making recommendations to marketing initiatives, evaluating opportunities, and leading projects. The Loyalty Partnerships Marketing Senior Manager cultivates relationships with partner contacts and communicates with partners and internal teams on a frequent basis. The Senior Manager will maintain a strong and productive relationship with partner, corporate, property, and vendor contacts. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Responsible for success of assigned partnerships such as Marriott, Southwest Airlines, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Thunder Valley, and Avis by developing and implementing marketing plans for assigned partners that include strategies, measurable objectives, and tactics. | Manages day-to-day relationship with partner operations team and holds weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews as necessary to identify opportunities for operational improvement | Helps ensure achievement of program targets for acquisition / profitability and other KPIs by evaluating programs regularly through interpreting data, identifying trends, understanding key drivers of changes in performance, and making / executing actionable recommendations for continual improvement. | Responsible for developing and presenting content for Monthly Business Reviews with department Vice President | Collaborates with internal property and external operations teams to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by performing root cause analysis and monitoring trends in KPIs | Collaborates with Executive Director Loyalty Partnership to develop and refine new and existing strategies for acquisition of new members and engagement of current members such as tier matching, multi-way earn / burn, loyalty currency exchange, etc. in addition to supporting future business development and integration efforts of new loyalty partners | Oversees partnership program operations across the enterprise, ensuring all properties are trained and in compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements | Partners with Internal Marketing and Brand Marketing to ensure employees and members are aware of and educated about strategic partnerships | Responsible for creating all training material related to strategic partnerships and responding to employee and member questions, inquiries, concerns. Also, partners with the Direct Marketing team to develop, create, and execute strategic campaigns for assigned partners | Responsible for leading the execution of such campaigns from the strategy, planning, deliverables fulfillment, deployment, employee communication, and reporting and analysis of the campaign performance | Accountable for administering uploads and performing research for critical systems (i.e. loyalty management, reservations, gaming): retro Tier Credits / partner point adjustments, dispute research, tier / offer validations, Tier matches, and Tier Credit uploads | Responsible for reconciling and processing payment for partner point earning and reservation fees, in addition to reconciling cruise partner revenue share and partnering with Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate allocation to each property | Develops professional presentations for executives and ensures edits and proofs are accurate, including partner performance reports and presentations. | Maintains strong and collaborative relationships with property, corporate, and partner contacts to ensure deadlines are met and ensures issues related to assigned programs are tracked and prioritized, provides feedback with "off-track", and follows through to resolution | Responsible for leading recurring calls with partners and internal teams, inclusive of creating agendas, facilitating discussions, driving decisions, and distributing post-call action items and ensuring follow up and resolution on all action items | Creates a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction |
