The Executive Director will lead a combined team of product management and technology specialists, overseeing both the strategic direction and technical foundation of the program. As the Executive Director of Loyalty Product & Tech, the candidate will wear two hats. On the product side, the leader will be responsible for collaborating with the commercial team for MGM Rewards, ensuring it remains innovative, engaging, and delivers exceptional value to our guests. On the tech side, the leader will lead the team responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving the secure and scalable technology platform that powers the program. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for MGM Rewards, aligned with business objectives and market trends in collaboration with the commercial partners. | Oversee the development and implementation of new member acquisition and engagement initiatives. | Analyze member data and market trends to identify new opportunities to personalize the member experience and optimize program performance. | Partner with Marketing and Analytics teams to ensure targeted communication and data-driven program decisions. | Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing gaming and non-gaming loyalty programs across the hospitality, gaming, and entertainment industry, with a strong focus on driving customer engagement, retention, and personalized experiences within integrated resort environments. | Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of the core technology platform that powers MGM Rewards. | Hands-on experience with Loyalty SAS applications, particularly Reactor CX (RCX), with a strong understanding of the rule engine, system architecture, and RCX data schema, as well as experience in leveraging Amazon Redshift for loyalty data processing and analytics. | Oversee a team of engineers and architects responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the loyalty program platform. | Strong experience with RCX API integrations and troubleshooting within the SAS Reactor CX environment, ensuring seamless connectivity with CRM, POS, and marketing systems. | Ensure the highest levels of security, data privacy, and system uptime for the loyalty program platform with an innovation mindset |
