Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions for Identity Directory Services. | Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation across teams. | Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and architectural blueprints. | Develop and maintain a technology specific architecture roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and technological advancements. | Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions that optimize efficiency, scalability, supportability, security, and cost. | Champion digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data analytics, automation, and other advanced tools. | Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Project Managers) to ensure solutions deliver value. | Lead technical discussions with vendors and partners, identifying and procuring the most effective solutions. | Develop and present clear, concise technical documentation for stakeholders. |
