Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Engage, give direction, and inspire a team of property IT support staff to deliver excellent experiences for the employees and convention guests. | Point of contact and technical lead for IT projects impacting assigned areas of responsibility. | Develop and manage robust special event IT support program to include scheduling, support, and after-action reporting. | Collaborate with other areas of IT and the business to gain exposure in all areas of new products and product changes. | Participate in stages of development, creation, testing and implementation of new IT products. | Identify operational issues related to process/procedures/tools and work across IT teams to resolve. | Provide data and reporting of key performance indicators and trends to IT department and others ad-hoc, weekly, monthly, and as needed. | Direct the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and upgrades of IT equipment at property sites. | Provide support to the Director of Property Technology Operations and their team as needed. |
