All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Ensure high productivity of all employees while developing effective scheduling and appropriate staffing levels | Assume full responsibility for the department in the absence of Manager or Department Head | Ensure sufficient supplies and tools are provided to enforce a positive work environment for the department | Supervise Casino Host Services Coordinators work performance and apply progressive discipline when appropriate | Oversee quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompasses the Company’s diversity and inclusion commitment | Must be able to evaluate casino play and ensure proper management of casino assets for our high-valued casino customers | Embrace the responsibility of maintaining a thorough understanding of all departmental standards and policies, actively contributing to a safe and efficient work environment | Demonstrate the ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment through effective multitasking, good judgment, and exceptional guest service, aligning with the brand's attributes | Promote and develop team-oriented culture while fostering the importance for providing unparalleled commitment to excellence in service | Comply with all legal requirements, including Title 31, and attend mandatory compliance and training sessions, while also staying informed on departmental and property policies and procedures | Able to effectively communicate with internal departments in a professional and timely manner resulting in positive service standards | Assist with tracking attendance and payroll reporting |
