Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Monitor building automation systems, fire systems, elevator systems, hotel systems, and preventative maintenance systems | Supervise, assign duties, and coordinate the activities of various special projects in order to ensure that all projects meet design and budget requirements | Ensure appropriate safety regulations and procedures are adhered to | Oversee the overall maintenance and repair of all equipment | Complete and submit inspection forms to all federal, state, and local authorities | Work with the Safety Manager to ensure that all employees are trained on OSHA Standards and safety procedures | Ensure that all employees operate at an effective and efficient level | Respond to and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties |
