Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Practice cost control procedures including shrink and monitor inventory levels. Exhibit business acumen by reviewing store results to achieve financial success and store profitability. | Develop a highly engaged, valued and effective team by practice of observations, coaching, feedback sessions and recognition. | Interviews, selects, trains, onboards, counsels and coaches store personnel in all store activities, including achievement of assigned goals and tasks, compliance with store standards, and policies and procedures. | Support continuous improvement by actively identifying new ways of doing things and taking calculated risks. | Deliver results by building strong relationships and following through with commitments. | Take ownership on store visual standards, merchandising expectations and store/stockroom cleanliness. | Achieve financial results, improve selling techniques and increasing store profitability. | Execute S.H.O.W. service basics to support the culture of the company, as well as providing excellent guest service. |
