The Midway Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Midway department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate Midway employees
Verify and maintain Midway bank throughout shift
Observe game area for irregular conduct by operators or guests
Provide excellent customer service; handle guest and employee concerns and complaints
Maintain daily sign-in sheet and log personnel hours daily
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Check game operator money belts for inaccuracies

Performs other job-related duties as requested
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, money handling
Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
