As a Digital Maintenance Technician, you will be the primary technical support for the live streaming studio, responsible for the installation and overall maintenance for all technical equipment within the studio. This position will work with video streaming equipment and network communication systems for streaming games, network communication systems for the studio, and general IT equipment for the department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical support for all equipment used for the live streaming studio, including video streaming, data collection, and network communication systems.
Responsible for installation and continued maintenance of video streaming equipment, such as video cameras, a/v cards, and associated cable management, to ensure live streaming product meets department and regulatory standards.
Monitor live streaming service and related information systems to identify issues for immediate resolution; provides updates to Studio management on work performed, potential future issues for preventative maintenance, etc.
Monitor content delivery network (CDN) server connections to diagnose and solve issues, perform routine preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime.
Provide day-to-day technical support for department IT-related issues, administer department computers, laptops, and other hardware as-needed.

Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining MGMRI’s guest service standards.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite of software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
