Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu. | Take and place orders, serve, and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area as applicable. | Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures. | Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests. | Pack and complete order as per guests’ preference with necessary condiments. | Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment. | Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed. | Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, and notify the supervisor and/or security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Knowledge of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies, and equipment. | Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, coolers, slicers, and beverage machines | Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations. | Basic computer skills and experience with varied Point of Sale (POS) systems. | Excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. |
