Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Execute daily cash management activities, including but not limited to processing wire transfers; audit daily work for integrity and resolve any discrepancies | Oversee bank account activities such as website entitlements, account signatories, and bank account database maintenance | Research and resolve complex inquiries from our internal and external business partners in a timely manner | Assist with compliance inquiries from numerous banking partners | Identify and mitigate risks associated with cash transactions | Monitor bank fees and recommend strategies for cost savings | Assist with month end reconciliation reporting | Collaborate with the Corporate Treasury team as necessary | Demonstrate behaviors which align with the organization’s desired culture and values | Support Company strategies and business plans to meet the individual and departmental performance requirements | Promote continuous measurement, development and improvement of customer service quality and efficiency; assist with execution and implementation of process improvement initiatives | Participate in the development, design, measurement of assigned projects and ensure analytical and control activities are operating effectively within the department | Serve as back up for other team members as necessary |
