This role encompasses LMS configuration, evaluation, troubleshooting, and the provision of regular data analytics for learning and training offerings. The Senior Partner will have a focus on overseeing annual compliance, safety, and required training, while also managing programs related to guest service, new hire orientation, onboarding, diversity & inclusion education, project and ongoing support of stakeholders and college programs within the Workday Learning platform. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Direct the daily work for the LMS team and LMS partner role. Oversee the performance and professional development of LMS partners, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement, and providing the necessary support and guidance to foster their growth. | Serve as the primary point of contact for all property, regional, and corporate partners, acting as a direct liaison to address stakeholder needs and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization. | Serve as an LMS superuser, regularly monitoring SOPs, deliverables, and strategies supporting the execution of learning/training and data analytics. | Manage the full score of LMS responsibilities for compliance and required training for MGM Resorts, including but not limited to legal, gaming, safety, and security. | Manage configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and reporting of all enterprise-wide compliance, safety, and required training. | Leverage the LMS platform for learning delivery and measurement to enable dashboards for leaders to measure team member capabilities, compliance, and skills gaps to advance the overall operation and value of learning. | Track statistics, metrics and ROI and create additional learning and performance metrics as required to qualify expense ratio to initiatives. | Compile and evaluate data, reporting, and metrics for leadership review. | Provide solutions and feedback on maintaining a high level of service through efficiencies on an annual basis. | Collaborate with content stakeholders, property leaders, and the Center of Excellence to ensure the timely launch and reporting of training initiatives | Partner and consult with HCMS team, property, and corporate leaders to deliver appropriate learning and custom learning solutions. | Support properties with individualized assignments related to required learning. |
