Responsible for event ownership for clients from the pre-planning phase through execution of MREP programs post-sale. This role works closely with the Creative Department to develop and refine client presentations and creative decks that align with the client's vision and objectives. The Account Manager will be responsible for generating pricing information along with negotiating terms to finalize contracts and ensuring that all financial aspects and details are accurately reflected, clearly communicated, and agreed upon with the client. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Oversee all event requirements and client requests independently, ensuring standards are met from pre-planning through execution and final billing. | Act as the primary communication point, coordinating with clients, internal departments, and vendors to support event solutions, timelines, and logistics within budget and venue constraints. | Meet with clients on sales calls to drive revenue, offering timely follow-ups and proposing upsell opportunities by staying informed on trends, entertainment options, and industry technologies. | Cultivate strong working relationships with internal support teams, vendors, and MGMRI departments to ensure smooth event operations and a positive client experience. | Maintain a comprehensive understanding of MGMRI properties and Las Vegas venues to guide clients in selecting spaces and services that align with their needs. | Lead and collaborate on-site at installations, strikes, and client walkthroughs, implementing necessary adjustments and conducting post-event financial reconciliations. | Represent MREP by actively participating in training, market research, trade shows, and conventions to stay current with industry advancements and strengthen MREP’s presence in the event production field. |
