Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Open the Priority Lounge daily by following department standards including but not limited to: running LMS/Opera reports for guest arrival and departure information, and assigning rooms for Priority arrivals | Ensure the Priority check-in/out process is thorough, efficient and flows smoothly while facilitating an excellent working relationship between the property and the guest | Answer questions, facilitate guest reservations and verify if special requests/amenities were delivered | Enhance guest experience through offering upgraded accommodations where available in accordance with authorized programs and processes and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment & benefits to our guests | Resolve guest bills with casino services for any additional food, beverages or show tickets | Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions using property cash handling procedures | Control and issue keys while promoting security, privacy, and confidentiality of all guests while providing a relaxing and hassle‐free experience from start to finish | Close the Priority Lounge daily by following department standards including but not limited to: ensuring guest rooms are assigned, amenities sent, run next day arrival reports, forwarding phones and locking the Priority lounge |
