Job Profile Title: | Specialist Crowd Control | Job Code: | 12438 | Profile Title: | 12438 Specialist Crowd Control | Grade / Band: | 05 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | Crowd Control Specialist will act as a visual deterrent, intervene, and respond to all levels of security and potential emergency needs including acts or threats of violence, emergencies, and life safety threats within our nightlife venues. This position will also monitor and control ingress and egress to our nightlife venues. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Works diligently to support the S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards culture and team philosophy throughout the property; Provide and create a customer experience that exceeds expectations and builds loyalty | Provide security and safety for guests, employees and venue; escort guests or employees out of the venue as needed | Control the flow of guests coming into the restaurant, bar and lounge | Observe, report and take action on all suspicious or unusual situations and undesirables in the entertainment and nightlife venues | Abide by all state and federal law while enforcing hotel and venue policy; Complies with all state regulatory requirements | Respond to emergencies, i.e., fire alarms, medical aid, criminal, etc. to give necessary assistance | Observe and interact with customers engaged in disorderly, suspicious and/or tumultuous behavior |
