This role contributes to the maintenance of the endpoint environment and collaborates with teams across IT to ensure alignment with business requirements. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Administer and manage endpoint configuration tools such as MECM, Microsoft Intune, Beyondtrust, ABM, JAMF, PatchMyPC, MDT, Stratodesk to ensure healthy agent functionality and efficient software deployments. | Support virtual desktop initiatives by aiding in application packaging, publishing, and endpoint consumption processes. | Maintain and contribute to support knowledge base for endpoint tools at a quality for endpoint team and property tech team consumption. | Assist in maintaining corporate OS images and help develop automation scripts and application deployment solutions. | Provide tier 2 support for the endpoint environment, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with IT security, application support and property operations teams. | Participate in software metering activities, analyze usage data, and assist in the software standardization, upgrade, and lifecycle management strategies. | Work collaboratively with the project management, architecture, applications support, and development teams on ongoing projects. | Stay informed on advancements in endpoint computing devices and consult with the upper-level engineering staff on best practices. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. | An understanding of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Shell). | Extensive knowledge of various operating systems including iOS, MacOS, Android, and Windows. | Familiar with diagnostic, monitoring, and change management tools. | Experience with tools such as Microsoft MECM, Intune, and virtualization technologies. | Awareness of disaster recovery principles and execution. | An understanding of network infrastructure, storage, and backup technologies. | Basic knowledge of core services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS. |
