This includes the design, implementation, and improvement of systems that align with Infrastructure goals and strategies. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, manage technical risks and issues, and lead significant contributions to the growth and development of our infrastructure services. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Monitor, guide, and report on assigned Cloud & Datacenter Services projects according to strict deadlines and system quality requirements. | Guide technical clarity in all aspects of Cloud & Datacenter Services, including digital workspace, datacenter, and cloud-based services. | Liaise between stakeholders and technical staff, effectively communicating technical information to differing audiences, including reporting and presentation to instill the technical need. | Ensure the delivered infrastructure services meet company standards and customer expectations. | Establish policies and procedures for maintaining service quality and security. Ensure that all infrastructure projects comply with relevant policies, including information security and data protection requirements. | Identify potential risks in infrastructure projects and develop mitigation and contingency plans with stakeholders. | Recommend information technology tactics, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating organizational requirements. | Negotiate tactical commitments with service providers to ensure efficient participation to meet organizational commitments. | Stay informed on advancements across disciplines in Cloud & Datacenter Services. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies including data center, networking, cloud, SaaS, and end user compute systems. | Ability to quantitatively report & present the technical status of solution delivery. | Excellent project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. | Proficient with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP). | Strong problem-solving skills and ability to get into technical details when needed. | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate complex technical issues with all levels of stakeholders and vendors to a potentially non-technical audience. | Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products. | Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines without compromising service standards or security. |
