The Director will require a hands-on approach focused on creating differentiated games with high revenue potential. The candidate will take a leadership role in securing strategic partnerships, game ideation, and program management, requiring a high degree of execution to take games from concept to launch. Reporting to the Vice President of Online Gaming, this position requires experience in online gaming with a technical program management background and an entrepreneurial mindset. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Build and execute the live streaming game development program to take game concepts through every step of the creative process including concept sourcing, market feedback, prototyping, production, testing and launching. | Perform extensive market research to create an analytical framework for game selection to ensure a high confidence level for game performance. | Secure partnerships across multiple industries including Game Studios, Media, Entertainment, Video Gaming, and Creative Agencies to develop a consistent pipeline of concepts. | Ownership of the game portfolio, product roadmap, and product pitches. | Manage project budgets, resources, external vendors, and development prioritization. | Lead RFPs to select partners and vendors as needed. | Provide executive reporting for KPIs, status updates and dashboards. |
