The Manager of Endpoint Services will play a pivotal role in operationalizing the endpoint management strategies outlined by the Director of Digital Workspace Services. This leadership position will focus on implementing and maintaining the organization's endpoint infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams that support operating system builds, application packaging, patching, and endpoint management tools.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the Endpoint Services team in focus of the build and maintenance of endpoint operating systems, application packaging, and patching to ensure system integrity and security.

Collaborate with the Director to implement endpoint management solutions to ensure a secure, standardized and supportable end user experience.

Manage the operational aspects of mobile management, aligning with corporate security policies and accommodating a diverse mobile workforce.

Oversee endpoint support functions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and swift resolution of issues impacting user productivity.

Manage the lifecycle of endpoint hardware and software, assessing and integrating new technologies as needed.

Ensure a standardized approach with VDI strategies and manage thin client applications to ensure continuity and a superior user experience.

Establish KPIs and SLAs for endpoint services, monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions for service improvement.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in endpoint solutions and propose innovative approaches for continual service enhancement.

Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Manage the endpoint services on-call cadance and participate in escallations as needed.
