The Senior Manager of Data Insights will be a strategic and hands-on leader that drives data quality and insights across our organization. The Senior Manager will lead a team of business analysts, establish robust data quality practices, and partner cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of critical data assets.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of business analysts.

Provide training on data quality best practices and establish a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to align data needs and priorities, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality data solutions.

Lead enterprise-wide data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, validation, and monitoring.

Conduct regular data audits, report findings, and drive remediation plans.

Design, implement, and enforce data quality standards and procedures to support scalable, consistent data operations.

Evaluate and deploy data quality tools and frameworks that improve data accuracy and reliability.
