The Social Media & Community Manager will shape MGM Resorts' digital voice by creating dynamic content, executing live coverage from our resorts, nurturing influencer relationships, and driving community engagement across key social channels. The candidate will be hands-on, creative, data-driven, and eager to build genuine online communities.

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and KPIs.

Create engaging multimedia content tailored to each platform.

Build and maintain a strategic content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content.

Engage directly with followers, influencers, and online communities, fostering authentic interactions and relationships.

Actively monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and community sentiment.

Analyze performance data to refine strategies and report actionable insights.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and resort operators on integrated campaigns and events.

Curate and leverage user-generated content to enhance storytelling and brand authenticity.

Support crisis communication efforts, maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Bachelor's Degree

in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field

3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

in social media, community management, or digital content roles, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or related industries.
