This individual works closely with clients and internal teams on mid-sized corporate, social and in-house events to understand objectives and translate them into cohesive themes, visual identities, and experiential designs. The Creative Producer is instrumental in setting the tone and aesthetic direction for events, leveraging knowledge of trends in design, technology, and storytelling to produce impactful experiences. This position is an active MREP Ambassador for the company within the events and entertainment industry. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Brainstorm and develop original concepts for events that align with client goals, target audiences, and brand identities. | Foster partnerships with clients, cross departments and vendors. Stay abreast of trends in events, fashion, interior design and entertainment. | Collaborate seamlessly with technical designers, expert fabricators, and trusted vendors to transform visionary concepts into meticulously crafted, actionable design plans. | Transform client objectives into immersive, visually striking narratives and experiences, seamlessly integrating storytelling and design to craft cohesive, impactful brand identities. | Craft a compelling storytelling framework that seamlessly aligns with the event’s core purpose, weaving every detail into an immersive, emotionally resonant narrative that captivates and engages audiences. | Lead and orchestrate the entire creative process, from initial conceptualization to flawless event execution, ensuring seamless alignment with the envisioned aesthetic and immersive experience. | Drive artistic direction, maintain cohesion across all elements, and optimize every touchpoint to deliver a compelling, high-impact outcome that resonates with the audience. | Develop a comprehensive work through plan that incorporates the flexibility to create prototypes as necessary, ensuring the successful validation of design outcomes. |
