This role will lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing plans that elevate brand equity, grow revenue, and enhance guest experiences. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, the Executive Director will oversee a high-performing team, lead agency relationships, and partner cross-functionally with operations, brand, creative, digital, and revenue management teams. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Lead the strategic development of marketing plans for hospitality venues across the MGM Resorts portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business goals. | Oversee all campaign elements including brand positioning, creative development, digital marketing, and storytelling, with an emphasis on innovation and performance. | Collaborate with property and corporate stakeholders to identify business opportunities and craft strategies that drive visitation, awareness, and ROI. | Manage a team of senior and junior marketers, providing mentorship, structure, and clear KPIs. | Serve as the key liaison with internal creative teams, external agencies, and media partners, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution. | Analyze performance metrics and guest insights to optimize campaigns, report results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. | Develop robust launch strategies for new venue openings and re-positionings. | Stay ahead of industry trends, guest behavior, and emerging platforms to ensure MGM remains a category leader in hospitality marketing. |
