As a Game Show Presenter, you will be the on-camera host of a dynamic, interactive, and live-streamed game show. You'll engage online players from around the world in real time, creating a fun, high-energy atmosphere that keeps them coming back for more. Your vibrant personality and welcoming presence will set the tone for a world-class guest experience—starting with your smile. All responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Host an on-camera game show style live casino game in a studio environment.
Engage and entertain players through live streaming with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy.
Accurately follow gaming procedures and regulations.
Follow scripts with the ability to improvise in a professional manner within brand guidelines to include strong communication skills and business appropriate improvisation.
Communicate any committed mistakes, potential risks, technical problems, and/or unusual activities within the game studio to appropriate leadership in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the Live Studio uniform policy and grooming standards.

Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of a camera and/or audience.
Strong communication, improvisation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining MGMRI’s guest service standards.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic.
