This role drives employee engagement through effective communication, coaching, and leadership development while maintaining compliance standards and regulations. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Oversee daily Slot and Table Games operations during assigned shifts, including opening/closing duties, game protection, game mix, bet spreads, and labor allocations to optimize performance. | Adhere to internal policies and Gaming Control Board regulations, taking immediate action to report any instances of suspected tampering, cheating, or unusual activity to the relevant internal and regulatory authorities. | Oversee recruitment, selection, training and ongoing performance management of team members, including coaching, documentation and discipline to maintain a skilled and efficient workforce. | Develop and mentor assistant managers and team members, fostering professional growth and aligning individual performance with departmental objectives. | Resolve employee and guest concerns quickly and diplomatically, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. | Ensure the proper maintenance and integrity of all gaming equipment. Collaborate with the Gaming Center of Excellence (COE) to provide operational feedback on new games and strategies. | Foster a high-performance culture through clear communication, regular recognition, and a supportive, engaging work environment. | Cultivate a collaborative work environment by implementing employee engagement strategies, addressing concerns promptly, and recognizing team members’ contributions. | Analyze operational metrics and performance data to inform strategic decisions, drive improvement, and identify growth opportunities. | Oversee assigned projects with attention to detail and timeliness, effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed. |
