Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Support daily Slot and Table Games operations during assigned shifts, including opening/closing duties, game protection, game mix, bet spreads, and labor deployment to maintain efficiency and compliance. | Monitor adherence to internal policies and Gaming Control Board regulations, promptly escalating any unusual activity or concerns to senior leadership and appropriate authorities. | Oversee and support frontline employees through coaching, training, and day-to-day supervision to ensure a skilled and guest-focused team. | Address guest and employee concerns promptly and professionally, reinforcing a safe and welcoming environment. | Monitor gaming equipment functionality and escalate maintenance or performance concerns in collaboration with appropriate departments and the Gaming COE. | Contribute to an engaged work environment by recognizing team contributions and supporting employee engagement initiatives. | Support the execution of departmental projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely follow-through and attention to detail. |
