The Casino Operations Manager supports the daily operations of Slot and Table Games during assigned shifts, ensuring consistent delivery of guest service, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Manager of Casino Operations assists Casino Leadership in executing departmental initiatives, oversees and addresses operational needs in real time. This role promotes employee engagement, provides coaching to front-line employees, and contributes to a guest-focused and performance-driven culture in alignment with MGM Resorts International's service standards.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Support daily Slot and Table Games operations during assigned shifts, including opening/closing duties, game protection, game mix, bet spreads, and labor deployment to maintain efficiency and compliance.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and Gaming Control Board regulations, promptly escalating any unusual activity or concerns to senior leadership and appropriate authorities.
Oversee and support frontline employees through coaching, training, and day-to-day supervision to ensure a skilled and guest-focused team.
Address guest and employee concerns promptly and professionally, reinforcing a safe and welcoming environment.
Monitor gaming equipment functionality and escalate maintenance or performance concerns in collaboration with appropriate departments and the Gaming COE.
Contribute to an engaged work environment by recognizing team contributions and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Support the execution of departmental projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely follow-through and attention to detail.

Work Experience

Previous experience managing Slot or Table Games operations in a similar resort setting.	Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate employees, foster engagement, and maintain a positive work environment.
Good judgment and effective problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
Working knowledge of Slot or Table Games operations, including procedures, rules, and gaming regulations.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to resolve guest and employee concerns and collaborate across teams.
Familiarity with IGT Advantage Applications (e.g., Patron Management, Table Manager, and Machine Accounting).
