The position operates with a high degree of independence, managing a high-volume internal request queue across departments while ensuring all work meets established quality, timeline, and budget standards. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Manage the end-to-end production process across two on-property print rooms, overseeing all phases from concept through final install while ensuring projects meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards | Execute hands-on production responsibilities including printing, finishing, and installation of signage and print materials across property | Prioritize and manage a high-volume internal request queue, balancing competing deadlines and supporting time-sensitive activations including events, weekends, and rapid turnaround needs | Implement and maintain quality control procedures across all production phases, including physical inspection of installs for vinyl application, placement, and durability, with ownership of final execution from pre-production through completion | Apply proficient knowledge of color management, proofing processes, and industry trends to ensure all deliverables meet brand and client standards | Serve as the primary on-property production expert, advising internal stakeholders on feasibility, materials, timelines, and production methods to support cross-departmental needs | Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, negotiating quotes, managing timelines, and making in-house vs. outsource decisions based on capacity, cost, and turnaround requirements | Manage inventory of print supplies including ink, vinyl, substrates, hardware, software, and tools; oversee equipment maintenance and production workflow management. On-site quality checks, using your own vehicle | Monitor and manage print supply budgets, providing accurate cost estimates, tracking expenses, and making cost optimization decisions to ensure projects are delivered within budget | Collaborate with on-property departments and design teams to understand stakeholder needs, provide project updates, and ensure client satisfaction. Using own vehicle for offsite meetings | Apply hands-on troubleshooting expertise to resolve production equipment and materials issues in real time, drawing on technical knowledge across print methods, substrates, and fabrication techniques | Work flexible shifts to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand production environment |
