Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Actively monitors, coordinates, and assists with the guest flow and service levels of all applicable driveways and valet locations. | Assists valet and/or bell services attendants during peak business periods. | Effectively communicates with managers and employees about concerns which need attention. | Assists and coordinates all functions of front service positions on all applicable driveway and valet locations with a sense of urgency. | Assists with prompt resolution of guest service concerns |
