Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Demonstrate customer service in line with SHOW standards. | Perform assigned duties at all special events and promotions. | Registers guests for events and issue complimentary items. | Ensure that all items issued have been properly redeemed to players accounts. | Responsible for gift card cashiering. | Unload stock and prepare gifts for distribution. | Comply with all NJ Regulatory requirements. |
