The Engineer Electric will collaborate with management to ensure electrical equipment and systems are maintained and operational throughout the property.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, and install electrical equipment and systems throughout the property
Perform general maintenance and repairs for efficient operation of all electrical equipment
Recognize when equipment is in need of repair, adjustment, or replacement and complete jobs assigned by Management
Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat, and orderly at all times
Keep informed and up to date on current techniques and technical methods
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all departments
Work under pressure and in an emergency with a calm and rational demeanor. Work under minimal supervision, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Work Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
Knowledgeable of repair and preventative maintenance of equipment to include gas, steam, and electrical with a safety-oriented mindset
Able to solder and thread pipe
General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Capable of operating skyjack, forklift, scissor lift, or other heavy equipment
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
