This role will establish and scale MGM's AI & Automation Center of Excellence, driving operational efficiency, productivity gains, and intelligent automation. The Executive Director will oversee teams developing Copilot extensions, AI agents, RPA solutions, and AIOps capabilities, ensuring that MGM leverages AI to transform both knowledge work and IT operations. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Define and execute MGM’s Enterprise AI & Automation strategy, aligned with business goals. | Build and lead a cross-functional team of product managers, AI engineers, ML engineers, and RPA specialists. | Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize AI initiatives across operational units. | Oversee development of Copilot extensions, custom agents via Azure AI Foundry, and tenant-scoped RAG knowledge solutions. | Drive adoption of automation across operational workflows using Power Automate and UiPath. | Establish a governance framework with Entra ID ACLs and Microsoft Graph connectors for secure data usage. | Implement AIOps platforms to proactively monitor, detect, and remediate IT issues using AI-driven insights. | Automate incident management, log analysis, anomaly detection, and root cause identification. | Partner with IT operations to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and scale operational support. | Define metrics for employee productivity, automation adoption, and IT operational efficiency. | Partner with Finance and HR to measure ROI (labor savings, service reliability, faster issue resolution). | Build executive dashboards for real-time tracking of AI & automation impact. | Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI through communication, training, and cultural transformation. | Manage vendor partnerships with Microsoft, UiPath, and other ecosystem players. |
