This position will leverage proficient industry knowledge, coordinating with cross-functional teams to produce high quality products within budget. The candidate works under moderate supervision. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Oversee the production process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. | Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all deliverables meet the agency's standards and client expectations. This includes proofing, color management and stay current on industry trends. | Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, negotiating quotes using pricing models, provide purchasing functions, managing timelines, and ensuring quality deliverables. On site quality checks, using your own vehicle. | Monitor and manage project budgets, providing accurate cost estimates and tracking expenses to ensure projects and delivered within budget. | Collaborate with on property departments and design to understand stakeholders needs, provide project updates, creative solutions using proficient industry knowledge and ensure client satisfaction. Using own vehicle for offsite meetings. | Proficient problem-solving skills as it relates to sign age and print industry needed. |
