Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Act as the primary subject matter expert for IT-related regulatory matters, including licensing, technical standards, and internal controls. | Analyze and remediate audit findings, working closely with IT teams to ensure all issues are resolved and documented in a timely manner, with a focus on implementing automated solutions to prevent future issues. | Work with teams to Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline compliance processes, including data collection, reporting, and control testing. | Prepare, submit, and track accurate and timely documentation to regulators across all jurisdictions, maintaining detailed records and reports on the status of all submissions. | Continuously identify and suggest improvements to compliance processes and controls, focusing on how automation can increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall program effectiveness. |
